We mail all patient statements from our office on behalf of your practice or facility. We customize statements and collection letters based on your practice and preference.

Payments
Our medical billing service makes sure that payments are posted against the patient account as soon as they are received. Each EOB will be audited for correct payment and/or benefits. We can setup most carrier payments to be electronically deposited into your bank account to speed up cash flow.

Billing Inquiries
MPMS handles all patient billing inquiries and work with the patients to resolve any questions or problems. Our staff is courteous and knowledgeable. We respond promptly to any patient concern.

Appeals
MPMS challenges the insurance companies on denials so the practice receives full reimbursement on claims. Accounts Receivable Reporting We provide a complete report packet on a monthly basis so you can track your AR, productivity, and denials. We meet with you on a regular basis to review these reports.
